Behind Nicosradio, there is Nicolas – DJ, producer, storyteller of the after‑hours. For years, he has explored the spaces where house music, ambient textures and emotional electronics meet. He has invited other artists into this universe, curated long, immersive sets, and treated each show like a small world of its own. Nicosradio is the living archive of that journey, constantly evolving, never quite finished.

Today, this radio also exists in dialogue with AI. In the background of playlists and sets, there are quiet conversations with an artificial intelligence that helps put words on feelings, structure ideas, and imagine new ways of sharing music. But at the center, always, is a human ear, a human heart, a human story. The machine is there to assist, never to replace.

Figure essentielle de la scène de Détroit, Mike Agent X Clark incarne ce lien rare entre l’histoire profonde de la house et son futur le plus audacieux. Producteur, DJ, architecte de mood, il fait partie de ces artistes capables de transformer un dancefloor en véritable voyage narratif.

Entre 2013 et 2015, j’ai eu le privilège de découvrir vingt‑cinq de ses mixes. Vingt‑cinq capsules de Détroit, capturées dans toute leur intensité : soul, funk, deep house, techno, le tout tissé avec cette élégance brute et chaleureuse qui fait sa signature. Ces sets ont façonné l’ADN de la radio et continuent d’influencer la manière dont j’imagine chaque programmation.

Sur Nico’s Radio, les mixes de Mike Agent X Clark ne sont pas de simples archives : ce sont des repères. Des balises sonores vers lesquelles on revient pour se rappeler d’où vient cette musique, ce qu’elle a dans le ventre, et pourquoi elle nous rassemble encore à 3 h du matin.

A key figure of the Detroit scene, Mike Agent X Clark embodies that rare bridge between the deep roots of house music and its most forward‑thinking future. Producer, DJ, true mood architect, he’s one of those artists who can turn a dancefloor into a fully‑fledged story.

Between 2013 and 2015, I had the privilege of broadcasting twenty‑five of his mixes on Nico’s Radio. Twenty‑five snapshots of Detroit in motion: soul, funk, deep house, techno, all woven together with the raw, warm elegance that defines his signature. These sets helped shape the very DNA of the station and still influence the way I imagine every new broadcast.

On Nico’s Radio, Mike Agent X Clark’s mixes are not just archives: they are landmarks. Sonic markers we return to when we need to remember where this music comes from, what beats at its core, and why it still brings us together at 3 a.m.
